Sales Manager

Schust Development Inc., a division of Scheuch USA Inc., is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Manager to join our Environmental Air Pollution Control Division, specifically supporting the Metals and Minerals standard capital equipment sector (CAMCORP Brand).

The Industry

With infrastructure projects booming across the U.S., the minerals, steel, aluminum and foundry industry is thriving. Weekly production exceeds 1.7 million tons, fueling a steady demand for clean, efficient air systems. Many of these facilities have been operating for decades and now rely on our solutions to help ensure cleaner air for their workers and surrounding communities.

YOUR TASKS

In this role, our expectation is that the successful candidate will carry the following responsibilities:

 

•       You will take immediate ownership of the existing account base and the responsibility for account strategy, spend growth, upsells and renewals

•       Develop and execute account plans based on a strong understanding of customer goals, both business and technical

•       You will collaborate with a world class application engineering team to address customer needs and uncover new opportunities in the markets you support

•       Lead compelling strategic business reviews to identify customer needs and drive growth opportunities

•       Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives

•       Identify new customer stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities

•       Lead proposal development, with assistance from in-house engineering and technical personnel

•       Working closely with legal, negotiate and close deals

•       Provide periodic forecasts of monthly order intake as requested

•       Track activities and maintain account, contact and opportunity database within company CRM system

•       Achieve assigned sales goals for territory or market served

YOUR SKILLS

Our ideal candidate will bring the following experience and qualifications:

•       Minimum of 3-4 years of experience selling capital industrial equipment and solutions in a team selling environment

•       BS degree or equivalent experience

•       Experience selling to or working in concrete, lime, steel, aluminum plants or foundries will be of particular interest due to unique product fits for that sector

•       Knowledge of ventilation technologies will be given strong consideration

•       Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

•       Willing to travel 50%+ of time, as needed

•       Experience reporting to senior level management team

•       Proven success at selling on value

•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•       Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude

•       Ability to work in a growth organization with progressive and evolving goals

•       Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced professional environment

•       High proficiency with computers skills, including email, MS Office, MS Excel

•       Familiarity and preferred efficiency with CRM management tools (Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
