Scheuch offers a complete range of filtration and separation equipment capable of handling almost any task dealing with particulate control and cleaning of industrial exhaust gases.

From Scheuch filter plants featuring integrated pre-separation and optimised flow behaviour (top-down effect) to designs with smooth interiors – Scheuch's own development for ensuring efficient, safe separation of light dust particles, shavings and fibres – we offer something to suit every application.

Our Solutions

A full range of bag filters for exhaust air cleaning and dedusting

We offer a range that is virtually unmatched by any other company and has evolved to cover all tasks relating to dedusting and cleaning exhaust air/gases.The following bag filter types were developed to meet specific customer requirements:

  • IMPULS-Filter
  • IMPULS-Compact Filter
  • EMC Filter
  • LIGNO-Impuls Filter
  • LIGNO-Compact Filter

Three times the filter area with the same construction volume

As compared to filter versions with round tubes, cartridge filters offer three times the filter area with the same construction volume, enabling a reduction in investment and operating costs. Cartridge filters are typically used as intake filters for central compressed air systems and in bagging and packaging plants used in the plaster and dry mortar manufacturing industry, for instance.

Pipe cartridge filters are the ideal choice when it comes to dedusting low volume flow rates (200 to 500 m3/h) with fine, free-flowing and extremely dry dusts in additive silos, bag stations and manual dosers. The pressure shock-proof versions (10 bar) are the perfect solution for pre-hopper dedusting in pneumatic conveying systems. Safety filters with a cartridge filter design are used for protecting components connected downstream of a main filter (such as compressors). As a result, these units are also protected in the event that larger quantities of dust get into the clean gas because of damage to the tube.

The powder recycling filter is an IMPULS cartridge filter system that has been developed and modified over the years. For new systems, its standard equipment includes a Zone 22-compliant fan with an ATEX motor and metallically conductive filter cartridges, even in the case of filters that are not ATEX-compliant.

The stable differential pressure behaviour, the low cartridge differential pressure, the long service life of the filter cartridges and the low noise level really make this filter unit stand out. These features assume a residual dust content on the clean gas side of <= 1 mg/Nm³ tr, contractually compliant operational conditions and observation of our operating regulations, measured in accordance with EN 13284.

Its modular design permits a variety of customised solutions – ranging from dust collection trays on the raw gas side to dust collection cars and big-bag connections at the collection hoppers. Modifications on the clean gas side are also possible, such as a fan housing for connection to an exhaust air duct, a fan installed on the side, and so on. There are no limits to the variety that this system can offer.

Standard range:

  • Extensive product range from 4,000 – 40,000 m³/h – ATEX II3D
  • IMPULS cartridge filter with integrated radial fan, including sound insulation housing
