EXTRACTION PLANTS

High processing speeds, enormous quantities of dust and wood shavings, and continuous use in problem-free 3-shift operation place the highest demands on extraction plants and equipment. We therefore rely on comprehensive planning during the design and construction of these plants. To provide for problem-free operation, we properly dimension and configure the extraction hoods, specify the use of robust materials, and equip our plants with monitoring devices. Plants and equipment have no difficulty handling lose wood shavings from planning machines at throughput rates of up to 350 m2 per hour.

We recommend that consideration be given to the required number of extraction and connection points at the same time that new production lines are planned. In this way, an efficient extraction system can ensure workplace safety, high product quality and adherence to safety regulations (zone evaluation), while also ensuring low cleaning and maintenance costs.
