Innovative technologies

For nearly 15 years, SCHEUCH has offered technologies to clean exhaust gases from direct-heat dryers.

For the chipboard and OSB industries, these technologies include:

• SEKA – SCHEUCH electrostatic condensation filter for exhaust gas cleaning
• SENA – SCHEUCH wet electrostatic precipitator for exhaust gas cleaning

Technologies for the MDF board industry:

• SABA – SCHEUCH biological exhaust gas cleaning system

With its new biological processes, SCHEUCH has developed an innovative third-generation technology that is state-of-the-art at this time. More than 40 of these exhaust gas cleaning systems are currently in use worldwide. The combined volume of exhaust air cleaned by all of these systems is significantly more than 15,000,000 Bm³ per hour.
