• Final assembly of filter and fan systems
• Turning and machining of parts
• Technical maintenance

Period of apprenticeship: 3½ years

Vocational School: 10-week training block, Berufsschule in Attnang-Puchheim

Apprentices in mechanical engineering (male or female) perform the following tasks:

• Read and apply technical documents (plans, etc.)
• Workflow planning
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards
• Selection and processing of materials
• Collection and verification of technical data
• Assembly and processing of mechanical parts
• Working with computer-aided (CNC) machinery and devices
• Install, put into operation and check devices and systems
• Make and install spare parts and component elements
• Make and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic control systems
• Perform measurements
• Detect and repair faults and malfunctions in components and machines
