In addition to career-related training, we place great value on supporting the personal growth and development of our apprentice trainees and doing our best to prepare them to work with Scheuch’s internal systems, processes and structures.

We thoroughly prepare our trainees to meet future challenges through a comprehensive program of supplementary courses and training in disciplines such as social competency, team development, health care (lectures on nutrition, proper biomechanics and ergonomics, how to stop smoking, mental fitness and relaxation techniques), and project management, the basics of calculation, quality management or special courses on pneumatics. The basic educational program also includes training in welding (electric welding, MAG I and II, WIG), licenses to operate cranes and lift trucks, as well as courses in English and electronic data processing.
