The simultaneity factor is decisive in determining the extraction system

Beginning as early as the planning phase of a project, it is necessary to ascertain a customer’s needs and expectations in order to determine the right extraction system. It is especially important to establish the machine data and performance parameters necessary to extrapolate the expected degree of machine utilization or the simultaneity of all production machines. It is just as advisable to perform a mid- and long-range economic analysis before making the decision to invest in a new extraction unit or in the modernization of an existing one. In addition to ongoing operating and maintenance costs, such an analysis should pay special attention to the cost of energy. Only then can the correct decision be made, either for the energy-saving SEPAS-Plus system or for a conventional system of extraction aggregates .
