WHAT WE OFFER

Scheuch honors the high level of commitment of its employees with many voluntary social benefits. All employees have received regular profit-sharing payments since the year 2000. In the last business year, these payments corresponded on average to an additional month’s income. Subsidies for travel costs, as well as for cafeteria food and other benefits are as much a matter of course as are health care benefits.

Scheuch also places great importance on maintaining a family-like relationship within the company through parties, celebrations, company outings and even company-wide sporting activities.
