Mobile fan service
We recommend that fan impellers be checked as part of a regular program of preventive maintenance. This makes it possible to promptly detect changes in the impellers that might otherwise lead to subsequent damages or plant downtime.
Equipped with modern and portable equipment, our technicians will measure and analyze fan vibration data onsite. - Impeller imbalances can then be easily, quickly and economically reduced to a minimum.
- Bearings are checked by means of a frequency analysis. If necessary, the bearings will be replaced during the next planned plant shutdown. This prevents any unplanned interruption in plant operation.
- In the case of fan units with a clutch-based drive system, shaft adjustments can also be made onsite.
