Dust Emissions
Measurement technology for clean airOur measurement technology department and laboratory play a key role within our R&D and technology divisions.
The department’s onsite activities include: Measurement of values pertaining to the gas state (pressure, temperature, humidity and oxygen), the gas quantity and the concentration of pollutants such as dust, organic C, SO2, HCI, HF, formaldehyde, phenol and CO.
Our in-house laboratory analyzes solid and liquid samples to determine, for example, moisture content, ignition loss, the carbon content of dust particles, ash and fuels. The lab also analyzes pH-values, conductivity and a variety of dissolved substances found, for example, in the circulating water from scrubber units.
