Then your path is clear for successfully completing an apprenticeship (male or female) in steel engineering at Scheuch in the fields of filter and fan construction, sheet metal fabrication, parts fabrication or assembly.
The tasks performed by a sheet metal engineering specialist include:
- Read and apply technical documents (plans, etc.)
- Planning, specification and implementation of workflows and projects
- Production of workpieces according to specifications
- Selection and processing of materials
- Processing of materials such as steel, aluminium, both by hand and using machinery
- Assembly and installation of components
- Fault detection and implementation of repairs
- Treatment and protection of material surfaces
- Collection and verification of technical data
Period of apprenticeship: 3½ years
Vocational School: 10-week training block, Berufsschule in Attnang-Puchheim
