“An in-house production program can only remain competitive when it is able to increase flexibility, reaction times and manufacturing quality through innovative production, logistical and service concepts.” Seen in this way, particularly high demands are made of Scheuch's in-house manufacturing program.
The hub of this network is and remains our production facility at our headquarters in Aurolzmünster. This will be the focal point of our efforts in the future; this is where our core competence and wide-ranging expertise are concentrated. The foundation for these efforts is the close coordination between our technology and manufacturing departments via a direct data network linking our CAD department with manufacturing. With highly qualified workers - roughly 90 percent are skilled tradesman, for the most part from our own in-house training programs - and a modern, highly automated machinery park, this facility accounts for the highest percentage of manufactured items within the production process chain.
