PELLET PRODUCTION
Pellet manufacturers and makers of pellet production equipment are both considered preferred users of Scheuch’s dedusting technology. In order to keep the production process free of dust, Scheuch plans and implements the appropriate extraction equipment, including the transport and filtration devices. Because the outgoing material still has a moisture content of 12% to 14 % H2O, it is essential that the LIGNO filters used in these applications are implemented as insulated designs because of the otherwise damaging effects of condensation. So far, many pellet manufacturers and makers of pellet production equipment have made use of Scheuch’s special expertise in this field.
