Joint Development Of Special Solution
The special challenge here was the development of a new concept for the hall ventilation system in the massive wood block area. The concept was developed in close collaboration with the customer during the planning phase of the project. As a result, it was possible to significantly optimize the investment costs (approx. 30%) and the operating costs.
The zone-based arrangement of the exhaust air fans with adaptable airflow rates and a simple pipe system inside the hall make it possible to reduce recurring maintenance costs (for cleaning) and to reduce energy consumption from 110 kW to 66 kW.
The solution guaranteed from the very beginning a draft-free inflow of pre-warmed air into the work area, good air quality within the hall, and compliance with MAK and TA-Luft values when releasing exhaust air to the outside environment.
