Quality and Flexibility
Manufacturing is an important part of our corporate strategy. In this strategy, it is essential that we react flexibly and in an optimal way to the wishes of our customers. Necessary for this is the observance of uniform quality standards for manufacturing and delivery, flexibility in the handling of large order volumes, as well as the ability to coordinate and fine-tune operations in order to increase the speed with which orders are handled. Last but not least, increasing our in-house efforts in this regard leads to the achievement of superior quality assurance.
In order to meet these demands, continuous optimization and additional changes in the manufacturing layout are indispensable. By implementing new, flexible concepts of manufacturing logistics, but also with corresponding investments in our machinery park, we are attempting to create added capacity, increase productivity and through these efforts to ultimately accelerate the production process and
achieve additional improvements with respect to on-time delivery. Ensuring the highest levels of product quality through continuous optimization within the manufacturing chain has the highest priority thereby. Ultimately, this means we want to maintain our philosophy of manufacturing all core components such as filters, fans and discharge devices (rotary valves, flaps and screw conveyors) in house, which allows us for a variety of well-known reasons to keep the percentage of components manufactured by outside vendors at a justifiable level.
