Spray stand

Spray stands are used to remove solid matter, primarily when coating quantities are small, for coating procedures that occur sporadically, or when overspray proportions are small.

Floor exhaust system

The uniform, vertical extraction of air by exhaust ducts distributed throughout the entire floor area makes it possible to fully utilise the work area and achieve the best possible surface quality. Consequently, flexible surface treatment of the most varied workpieces (shape and size) is possible from all sides. The in-ceiling fresh-air filtration unit ensures optimal airflow and a pleasant working environment.

Under-floor design

Here, spraying is only possible in one direction. In this design, the filter mats are located beneath the grate in the spray stand casing.

Above-floor design

This variation is used when a floor well is missing, cannot be installed, or when workpieces are suspended from an overhead conveyor.
