The goal for our service organization, also known as our technical service team, is a high level of customer satisfaction. We can achieve this goal only by offering customers fast access to our expertise. To this end, our technical service staff numbers roughly a dozen employees, all specialists in the field of servicing mechanical and electrical equipment.
