Inspection
Identify potential trouble spots early
Inspection comprises regularly scheduled measures to identify and evaluate the actual condition of all plant components subject to wear and tear. The goal of an inspection is to identify maintenance needs at an early point and to perform this work according to plan. In filter plants, for example, the following component groups must be inspected at regular intervals:
Depending on the plant design, this list may include other component groups. Examples may include such key components as fans, additive metering devices, heating units, integrated washing units, spark suppression devices, etc.
