Inspection and Maintenance Contracts
With an inspection and maintenance contract, you have the guarantee that your plant will be systematically inspected at regular intervals. Potential problems will be identified promptly. As a result, plant downtime and repair costs will be kept low.
Among other things, the following activities will be performed within the framework of a maintenance contract: - Technical inspection of the plant for functional deficiencies
- Functional inspection of monitoring, protection and safety devices
- Functional inspection of the filter cleaning and discharge system
- Functional inspection of the electrical control system and compressed air supply for the filter
- Inspection of the fan impellers and rotary valve lip seals for wear-and-tear
- Cleaning of heat exchangers and heating registers
- Lubrication of fans, trough screw conveyors, geared motors and rotary valves
- Functional inspection of shut-off, control and regulating devices
In addition to product-specific inspections during downtime and the functional inspections performed during plant operation, we offer the following additional inspection and maintenance services: - Measurements of all kinds (electrical power input, pressure, sound, vibrations, emissions, pH values, conductivity, etc.)
- On-site repair of fan impellers with balancing
- Inspection of explosion protection devices
- Consulting on compliance with ATEX guidelines (for equipment)
- Check required and recommended spare part inventories
- Plant optimization
Upon completion of inspection and maintenance work, you will receive a report detailing the extent of the work performed and indicating what preventive measures may be required.
