As an apprentice trainee, you will provide your teachers with feedback at regular intervals and can arrange a meeting to provide your teacher with feedback at any time. For each occupational group, a feedback workshop will be held every four months and these meetings will include discussions of the results of feedback forms and measures to improve the training program. This makes it possible to continuously evaluate and improve the training concept.

Also new is the parents’ evening that takes place before the end of the probationary period.  Here, parents can learn more about the training program and also have the opportunity to speak one-on-one to members of the entire training team.
