We want to do our best to prepare our apprentice trainees to meet the challenges in their future work environment and also promote and encourage independence, creativity and social competency. In addition to the detailed training plan, our innovative training concept includes clear feedback structures, a comprehensive program of supplementary training and education, as well as an attractive model for recognizing achievement.

A modern, well-equipped training center covering 220 m2 and a separate classroom used only by apprentices trainees provide an optimal training framework.
