“I began my apprenticeship as a sheet metal fitter here at Scheuch in 1981 and can therefore imagine very well the position these young men and women are in today. I’ve been teaching the apprentices in our company for more than 10 years. The thing that satisfies me the most is to see the apprentices become well integrated into the company and make a real contribution once their training is over.”
