Two months after putting spades to the ground, the buildings of Scheuch LIGNO GmbH in Mehrnbach, Austria are taking shape. The finished parts for the hall and the office on the ground floor have already been built by the company Oberndorfer.
"You can see that in the past two months rather a lot has happened. The construction is progressing on schedule. Our whole team is looking forward to the day we can move into our new buildings," explains Alois Ing. Burgstaller, Managing Director of Scheuch LIGNO GmbH.
Before starting the construction project towards the end of March, the existing installation was demolished and the portacabins for the offices were set up. Construction company Bau Mayr is carrying out all of the landscaping and construction work for this new building. In the coming weeks, the main structures of the hall, the roof and plastic windows will be manufactured, and the floor panel will be laid down. At the same time, work to install the electrical systems and carry out the paintwork will also take place.
By September, the construction work on the office building should be complete. The move-in date for the hall is planned for October. The new building, with an area of around 6000 square metres, is set to open in February 2016.
Scheuch LIGNO GmbH in Mehrnbach is to consist of its own production hall with state-of-the-art machinery, new office and warehouse spaces, a large service area as well as generously proportioned outdoor area adapted to meet the needs of the company. An outdoor warehousing and vehicle area in excess of 10,000 square metres is also planned.
