In contrast to some of our competitors, Scheuch has had its own assembly department from the very beginning. The department currently employs roughly 120 men, seventy of whom belong to the permanent staff, including thirty employees who have worked for Scheuch for at least fifteen years. Because of our continuous growth and the associated increase in workloads throughout the company, including assembly and commissioning, the department is currently adding twenty new employees per year. The assembly department has extensive knowledge about products and processes because its employees are constantly at work around the world at the most diverse construction sites, where they are occupied exclusively with the installation/assembly of components and plants that are used for air purification.
