The condenser is suited for all types of low temperature heat utilization. Depending on the application, the waterside recovery of all latent heat is achieved via a condenser at a temperature level of 60° C. The recovered heat is then fed, for example, to a local or district heating network, or used to provide additional heat for drying wood chips in the chip dryer. (Also suitable for retrofitting chip dryers, which can result in an increase in performance.)

Advantages:
The energy efficiency of the condenser increases as the return temperature decreases. For example, if the heat is transferred to a dryer via a secondary process loop (water/glycol), the return temperature to the condenser decreases during winter operation. This means that the energy efficiency of the condenser increases at precisely that time at which the heat is required.
