EXHAUST GAS CLEANING/CHEMISORPTION OR CONTAMINANT SORPTION
The use of polluted waste wood — waste wood categories AII, AIII and AIV — requires a correspondingly more comprehensive post-combustion process for cleaning exhaust gases in order to remove unwanted, environmentally relevant contaminants from the air.Given the need to comply with the emission limits specified in 17. BlmSchV, it is necessary to use sorption-based cleaning processes to remove acid-building noxious gases like SOx, HCl and HF, as well as additional eco-toxic organic and inorganic trace pollutants like PCDD/PCDF and heavy metals (Hg, Cd, Ti, As, etc.).
