The “exhaust gas cleaning” sector at Scheuch includes:
Tailor-made solutions for the cleaning of dryer exhaust gases using future-oriented technologies such as electrostatic and biological processes in combination with gas scrubber systems. In order to make use of possible synergy effects, Scheuch puts special emphasis on a holistic view of the entire plant's exhaust gas cleaning concept, including dryers and presses.
We offer:- Modular systems for the collection and cleaning of press exhaust gases in the appropriate implementation for particleboard, OSB and MDF presses.
- Without large engineering expenditures and based on a building-block system that has been tested and proven in actual practice, different modules can be selected to create a press extraction system with wet precipitation (SAP), a press extraction system equipped with a wet electrostatic precipitator stage (ESAP), or an SAP or ESAP system equipped with a downstream biological scrubber.
- Efficient cleaning systems for the exhaust gases generated by boiler plants. Our complete product program ensures reliable and highly energy-efficient dust separation in accordance with mandated emission limits.
